Jain Temple, Ranakpur

The construction is well documented in a 1437 CE copper-plate record, Inspired by a dream, Dhanna Shah, a Porwal, commenced its construction, under the patronage of Rana Kumbha, then ruler of Mewar. The architect who oversaw the project was named Deepaka. There is an inscription on a pillar near the main shrine stating that in 1439 Deepaka.

Golden Temple, Falna

Falna Jain golden temple is a temple built at Falna in Rajasthan. It is the first Jain golden temple that has been built in the country by the Jain community of Falna in Rajasthan (near Ranakpur). The specialty of the temple is that about 90 kg. of gold was donated by the people of the Jain community in the local region for the adoration of temple dome and idol.

Wild Life, Bera

Bera, Hidden in the belly of Rajasthan, Bera is a small town in Pali district. The place Bera in the Pali District and the topography is such that it is dotted with hills of the Aravalli range. Like in many other places in Rajasthan, the hills are populated with a fair no. of Leopards. The hills are devoid of any significant prey except for Peafowl and Monkeys.

Fort, Kumbhalgarh

Kumbhalgarh is regarded as the most distinct and famous tourist place. It is the birthplace of a great warrior of Mewar, Maharana Pratap and is situated in close vicinity of another astounding place, Udaipur, just 100 Kms away. Kumbhalgarh boasts of many intricately carved temples, those representing the marvels of excellent artistry.

Jawai Dam, Jawai

The dam is situated near Sumerpur town in Pali District of Rajasthan state in India. The work started on 12th May 1946 and it got completed in 1957. This village covers an area of 500 kmĀ². This is the biggest dam in the western Rajasthan. The dam covers an area of 102,315 acres (414.05 km2) of cultivable command area. Its height is about 61.25 feet (18.67 m).

Shrinath Ji, Nathdwara

Shrinathji is a form of Hindu god Krishna, manifest as a seven-year-old child (Balak). The principal shrine of Shrinathji is situated at the temple town of Nathdwara. Shrinathji is the central presiding deity of the Vaishnava sect known as the Pushti Marg or the Vallabh Sampradaya or Shuddhadvaita, established by Shri Vallabhacharya.
